EXERCISE BUT GET EXTRA FRIES TOO

So I know I’m not any kind of fitness expert or dietician ( yet) but these fitness hacks are tried and tested by me and they REALLY DO work and have helped me A LOT. So,without further ado:

  1. JUST KEEP SIPPING-

Here’s what you do-carry a large water bottle wherever you go and literally never stop sipping. water has obvious health benefits- hydration, detoxification etc but it will also quell random hunger pangs and keep you from overeating.Also infuse your water with mint or ginger or lemon for added health benefits and to keep things interesting.

 

  1. BINGE JAR-

So what you need to do is find a jar and fill it with all kinds of dry fruits and assorted nuts and any other healthy snacks. Now everytime you are doing something that requires you to sit for a long period of time(studying, binge watching etc) you sit down with this jar and NOT A PACKET OF CHIPS and you’re allowed to eat as much as you want!

  1. CHEW AWAY THE BLUES-

You’ve probably heard this one before but chewing gum burns calories, which is awesome because it requires literally NO EFFORT.it works the muscles of your jaw and neck and can also help get rid of a double chin, not to mention it strengthens the teeth, so stock up on gum you guys! (just make sure its sugar free otherwise you’ll gain weight)

  1. DANCE AROUND THE HOUSE-

Honestly you don’t even have to be good. Just play some good music and jump around the place doing your stuff, or doing some kind of chore, or cleaning your room or wtv. It’s fun and you won’t even realize you’re losing cals.

  1. WALK AND TALK, TALK AND WALK-

If you are somebody who gets really bored while exercising or doesn’t have time for both fitness and maintaining your social life then I have good news . take long walks and have long phone conversations. It’s the best way to make you forget what you’re doing and it’ll make you excited for walks cause it means you can catch up with friends.

  1. GET TRENDY-

I honestly feel like the clothes I wear and how I feel in them make a huge difference to my energy levels, so if you want to feel a bit more motivated make sure you have some really cool workout gear so you feel excited to wear it and so you’re happy while working out.

  1. CUSTOMIZE YOUR PLAYLIST-

Don’t just put any songs in that sound motivational, you have to really think about it. Its trial and error. This may seem like a no brainer but if the songs you listen to while working out make you feel energetic and motivated then your overall workout experience will be better and you’ll be pumped to do it again so please stop being lazy and figure out what music gets you going!

 

  1. BE KIND TO YOURSELF-

Please don’t overdo the whole weight loss thing, it isn’t worth it if its making you miserable. Cheat a little everyday if you have to ,but don’t give up. Slow and steady wins the race.

If The Rock has cheat days, so can you.
